7th SFG (A) soldiers from 3rd Bn participated in Close Quarter Battle training as part of their Special Forces Basic Combat Course-Support. The course is a requirement for all support units deploying with Special Forces.

We pay tribute to the life and legacy of SGT Timothy Paul Padgett, a Special Forces Sergeant who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our nation. We unveiled a new plaque near his statue at Padgett Park in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.

7th SFG(A) would like to recognize 1st Sgt. Shinette King, Master Sgt. Francisco Maldonado, Master Sgt. Lee Glover, Staff Sgt. Andre Williams, and Staff Sgt. Donavon Cox as awardees of the Knowlton Award, one of the highest awards earned in the Military Intelligence Corps.

🇺🇸✈️🇭🇳 Update! Our 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) Soldiers recently trained with Honduran military in La Venta, Honduras for CENTAM Guardian 24. Strengthening partnerships, enhancing interoperability, and boosting counter-threat capabilities with our Central American allies.

Soldiers from 7th SFG(A) lead national guardsmen from the 36th Engineer Brigade through entering and clearing a trench during JRCT at Fort Johnson, Louisiana. Joint training exercises such as these improve the capabilities of the individual and mission capabilities of units.
