Today I challenged the U.K. Govt over the basis of their assertion that the #ICC does not have jurisdiction over Israel or Palestine. The Minister had no answer & referred to correspondence regarding the #ICJ . #Gaza

The UN recognises the state of Palestine and so does the ICC, giving it jurisdiction. The UK is flat-out lying here.
