If you are in favor of payment system innovation why is Treasury not using realtime payments -- The Clearing House built a real time payment network 5 years ago. Could have gotten money to people immediately during Covid instead of waiting months to get paper checks.
To increase home affordability, remove regulation that mfg homes must be permanently attached to their chassis. Reg has kept mfg homes out of many NBHDs. With 50% lower cost, this would be game-changer for many families.

Confirming judges is important, but Office of Financial Research (OFR) remains without a confirmed director. Senator Jack Reed put it best: 'This is a national security issue in terms of understanding financing, cutting off financing for countries, etc.' OFR needs a confirmed director!
