I managed to get out today for some fresh air . The lift situation ones been fixed I was nervous Incase it went out of service and I was stuck . I thank God for waking me up this morning. I feel rough but thankfully I’m alive 😊❤️

The abnormal waves in my ECGs has got deeper and constant throughout my ECGs as the years are going on. Cardiologist says highly likely cardiomyopathy. I had sudden chest, arm, arm pit, and neck pain my arm then went weak, over the weekend, i may go hospital today
