Grateful to Just Security for publishing my blog, where I argue that States need to uphold the provisions included in the ILC's Draft Articles regarding the duty to prosecute.

We commend the 34 states who today signed the Ljubljana-The Hague Convention.

Now we urge swift ratification to bring the Convention into force.
