More history tonight for the Phillies. Following a 10-4 win over Texas, at 36-14, it's their best 50-game start... ever.

With the Phillies win, Ranger Suarez becomes just the 16th pitcher all-time to start a season 9-0 or better in 10 starts or fewer, and just the fourth in the last 45 years.

When Bryce Harper was looking ahead to this series over the weekend, he didn't say 'Texas' or 'Rangers,' but a couple times said the 'World Champs' were coming in.
It was evident then that this series meant something to him.

Just one more note on Bohm. Up to the minute he is on pace for 17 home runs and 142 RBI. The last time a major league player finished a season with that many RBI and that few home runs was 1894.

Oh look, another RBI for Alec Bohm. That's 43 already. That made it 2-1 Phillies.

The Phillies showed highlights of Michael Lorenzen's no-hitter and then simply panned to him in the Texas dugout. He tipped his cap to the Phillies bench and waved to the crowd who gave him a nice round of applause. Much better than the 'thank you' videos that some teams employ.
