Timing and plating multiple dishes/sides. I have a very small kitchen so I've had to stack my mise on top of the toaster oven; letting meat rest on a board means I'm pulling drawers out and putting a cutting board or small baking sheet as another prep surface to plate. It's dumb

Have to save money after all the travel I've done so I fried some garlic, threw in oil-packed tuna and mackerel, browned some breadcrumbs, then tossed the spaghetti in it with some parsley and lemon zest

This used to clock in at .25 or less a plate, it's like a buck now :(
