On April 11, 2013, Chaplain (CPT) Emil Kapaun was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor, which is now on display for 6 months at the U.S. Army Chaplain Corps museum at Fort Jackson, SC.

Marcia McManus is the director of the museum.
