Each special guest was presented with a framed silhouette of their child and handprint finger paintings of bluebirds that read, 'You're the 'tweetest mom ever.'

CONGRATS 🎉: Alabama State Department of Education hosted a spectacular event to honor the excellence of educators during the 2024 Teacher of the Year Awards Program!

Pick Elementary's very own Deana Hooks was recognized for her outstanding contributions to education, making it to the Final Four!

MENTORING STUDENTS🏀📚: Dylan Cardwell visited ESS this week!

He shared his personal journey with students, recounting a pivotal moment in 7th grade when he saw his mom in tears over his behavior. This was the catalyst for him to make a change for the better!

STATE BOUND 🎉⚽️: AHS’s Varsity Boys & Girls teams are headed to the #FinalFour in Huntsville, determined to return home with 2 Blue Map trophies!

The Girls take on McGill-Toolen tomorrow at 1pm, & the Boys will face Fairhope at 3pm in John Hunt Park Championship Soccer Stadium.

STATE BOUND🎉⛳️: The Auburn High School Girls Golf team advanced to the State Tournament in Florence next week!
