The Philadelphia Phillies, off to a franchise-record 36-14 start, is insane.
They are on pace to go 116-46.
Of course, their schedule eventually will get tougher.
The Phillies have not played a team with a winning record since March 31, which could continue until June 3.

The San Diego Padres are certainly a different team than a year ago, coming back from a 5-0 deficit to Atlanta to win, 6-5, after an 8-run comeback earlier in year.
Last year, they barely showed a pulse when trailing, going 9-23 in one-run games and 2-12 in extra-inning games.

Chicago Cubs sensation Shota Imanaga continues his surreal start with seven more shutout innings.
He now has a 0.84 ERA, the lowest in a pitcher’s first nine career starts in history, per Sarah Langs.
Not bad for a pitcher who people projected to be a No. 4 starter.
