Excellent. High-risk pts should be offered RNI incl IMN now. The analysis also shows gain from RNI in node-negative pts and that needs to be discussed. Looking forward🧐

I am SO excited about this!!! 🤩
We've put together a brilliant (in my humble opinion😉) line-up of speakers to discuss the challenges facing clinical re-irradiation. Please join us, it's going to be so much fun!

Agree. RT is postponed for those who need it following a second breast conservation. Most likely a LR in these selected pts does not lead to distant failure. We have now randomised 600 pts in the DBCG Natural trial to +- partial breast RT. Heading for 926 pts🧐

Helt enig👍. Lyder for godt til at være sandt, og jeg kan ikke finde Djævelen i detaljen…. Det ser ud til, at de mener det🤩🤓. Super måde at rekruttere, tillykke til dem, som får stillingerne🥂🧐

The figure on the cover is from the editorial—>use the ESTRO guidelines and report your results accordingly🧐. Lift the threshold for RT details when reporting RT from clinical studies: e.g. RT technique, target def., dose/fr, doses to OAR, etc

Really interesting results. We need much more focus also on the indication for breast RT, and future trials should be developed based on hypoteses from new results on biology. Trine Tramm
