1/5 We (Nathaniel Brown, Omar Ahmed, Travis Gagie, and Ben Langmead) developed Movi, a cache-efficient full-text pangenome index. It's the fastest full-text index for pangenomes, particularly appropriate for adaptive sampling where time budget is important.
Our latest study led by Dylan Taylor examines the sources of gene expression variation in a diverse human sample. We hope that these RNA-seq data from cell lines of 731 individuals in the 1000 Genomes Project will serve as a useful resource for the field. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
