There's no perfect answer but I prefer subtitles with the original actors' voices over dubbed voices. Dubbed voices don't do a very good job of acting out the movie and it all feels fake.

I hope Canadians and the Media hold politicians to account. For example, is there a shred of evidence that 'drug policies have killed 42,000 Canadians'? Lying with statistics used to be clever and subtle, this is neither.
