A4- I have to be intentional about building relationships and giving them the time they need to flourish and grow. I practice my listening skills and get to know others. I want others to know they can always talk to me and I'm there for them. #leadlap

A2- JOY is contagious! I show up with a smile everyday and do what I can to bring Joy to others at school. School/work should be a place everyone wants to be 😀 #leadlap

A2- Gratitude is HUGE for influencing the morale of a building. I try to show my thankfulness to staff as often as possible... for the little things (covering a class) to the big things (putting on an Art Show). It's important for our staff to know that we notice 💙 #leadlap

A1- I'm always growing myself... personally & professionally. I read, listen to podcasts etc. I'm able to carry all of this over to my leadership and provide support to my staff when they need it in a variety of ways... not to mention modeling! #LeadLAP

A3- our TBTs use shared meeting agendas, but they also make time to talk with other teams during the week. Still a work in progress... #leadlap

A2- we are working on having a specific agenda to guide our time together as well as intentional action items. We try to stay focused on goals to get the most impact from our TBT mtgs. It can be too easy to get off task and not focus on the important work we're doing #leadlap

A1- We're just diving into our data- starting with our DIBELS data to see where our students are with their foundational reading skills in order to provide intervention exactly where it is needed. ALL students reading is our goal! #leadlap
