There are two analyst camps. One extreme claims that China is just copying stuff and that its EVs are crap. The other extreme claims that China will take over the car sector.

I am in the middle. We have all seen this before w Japan, then S Korea, w ICE cars in the 19070s-1990s.

After numerous owners &

Our unfortunately sad 'excitement' this morning- deer with a severely wounded rear leg ended in our backyard. Took the officer 3 shots to put it out of its misery- a lot of blood in our backyard, on our fence, & in our driveway.

I went to China, drove more than a dozen EVs, and sat in dozens more. Had a lot of conversations, learned a lot of things.

One thing's for sure -- we're absolutely cooked, and it's probably our fault. China's EVs are better.
