Security guards being openly instructed to chase dogs out of their territories and being threatened with dismissal if any dog is seen in their areas. This is illegal and absolutely ridiculous and in complete violation of every advisory, guideline and policy.

Ordering guards to scare, chase and beat community dogs is illegal, cruel and stupid. This will put even perfectly calm and friendly dogs on the defensive mode and lead to completely avoidable conflicts between people and dogs. Not only is this thoughtless, it is an offence.
