Today was a full-circle moment: using the tool we developed for healthcare and life sciences companies to do our own product validation with payers and health systems.

We took a dose of our own medicine - pardon the pun ;)

Most people in the world have never experienced what it's like to generate revenue off of something they've built

Taking an idea, bringing it to life, and seeing people purchase is a feeling like no other

The problems include 1) Peterson Health Technology Institute (PHTI)'s advisory board is totally conflicted with many of them having competing diabetes products (even if no one uses UnitedHealth Group's Level2 AFAICT) 2) Their study irrationally included some companies and not others (hi Welldoc)

And then they respond when you tweet them! A few more things I loved. The procedure was on time, no waiting around. Exactly 30 mins after the procedure begun the doctor called me to tell me everything was ok. The waiting room had an amazing tech enabled cafeteria where you put

Things you’ll feel when building a startup:

You’ll feel stressed out.
You’ll feel like you’re failing.
You’ll feel imposter syndrome.
You’ll feel like giving up.

It’s not glamorous or easy.
Every founder feels this. It’s normal.

Stay positive and keep going.
