KRG had a great time yesterday participating in STEAM day, hosted by Project Brain Light. Students from Wilmington’s A.I. DuPont Middle School got to learn about polymers and ions while having a blast making alginate “worms” 🪱 🧪!

Amphiphilic polymer conetworks exist as gels, membranes, coatings, and microparticles. Now we show that they are excellent materials for microcapsules! Fantastic work by Sara Tatiana R. Velasquez 🇭🇳🇳🇱 in the framework of BioinspiredPIRE and NCCR Bio-Inspired Materials
