Latorya joined me at my State of the Union.

She and her husband welcomed a baby girl because of the miracle of IVF. But just as she was scheduling treatments for a second, the Alabama Supreme Court got in the way.

We must stand up for her and others trying to have a child.

Kate joined my State of the Union tonight.

When she learned that her fetus had a fatal condition, she was forced to travel for care because of her state's abortion ban.

I stand with Kate, the doctors that cared for her, and women everywhere who deserve the right to choose.

Tonight, I've told comeback stories.

That includes the story of Belvidere, Illinois – home to an auto plant that’s been its beating heart for 60 years.

The UAW, led by my friend Shawn, fought like hell to save it. Now, instead of a town left behind, Belvidere is on the move.

Dawn Simms attended my State of the Union this evening.

She's a proud third-generation UAW member from Illinois – and someone I had the honor of to picket alongside as she fought for her auto plant and the jobs it provides.

Joining me at my State of the Union is Keenan, a public school educator from Minnesota.

And because of fixes we made to our Public Student Loan Forgiveness program, he can now afford to send his own daughter to college.

Tonight the First Lady was joined by Jazmin whose little sister Jackie was murdered at her school in Uvalde, Texas.

I took action for families like theirs, signing the most significant gun safety law in 30 years.

And I'm not done taking on the NRA, and winning.

As part of the White House Initiative on Women’s Health Research, Joe is calling on Congress to make bold, transformational investments in women’s health research. 

Together, we will build a health care system where women aren’t just an after-thought, but an inspiration to build

Children who go to pre-school are nearly 50% more likely to finish high school and go on to earn a 2- or 4-year degree – no matter their background.

President Biden is calling on Congress to provide access to pre-school for 3- and 4-year-olds.
