Today, I met with Oksen Lisovyi, Ukraine's Minister of Education and Science to affirm Educational & Cultural Affairs—U.S. Dept. of State's strong commitment to Ukraine through our educational exchanges and the importance of these exchanges in helping Ukraine rebuild. 🇺🇦

Artists from across the world using their artistry as an act of solidarity with the people of Ukraine goes to show that music is the great unifier. This powerful song represents peace and Ukraine’s resilience.

It was fantastic to be on the campus of Tulane University to brief the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board and swear in Denise Grant and Dr. Lynn Tincher-Ladner.
