To mark Wicken Fen 125th anniversary we've announced a £1.8m peatland restoration plan, thanks to Natural England Starling Bank Anglian Water generous legacies and other fundraising.

Today we're celebrating 125 years since National Trust acquired 2 hectares Wicken Fen creating the charity’s first and oldest nature reserve. It's also 25 years since the wider Wicken Vision was launched, a 100 year plan to protect this special place for wildlife and people.
