South American Beef Chilli Quest is on the menu this week at Southwold Primary School as part of #EatThemToDefeatThem . The beef chilli is a delicious mild dish with red kidney beans, red peppers, butternut squash and carrots served with peas and salad. 🥕🥦🥒

A brilliant veg superhero competition has been running for #EatThemtoDefeatThem ! Children at Annesley Primary School were asked to make a superhero vegetable with superpowers. They had 8 winners, 1 from each year group, who were awarded a cooking session with Pam! 🌽🥦🥕🥬

Dressed up as carrots to serve carrot dippers with a nut free hummus! Pam and Dawn created plenty of excitement for the #EatThemToDefeatThem campaign, visiting every class at Annesley Primary School and encouraging the children to try the veg tasters. 🥕🥕🥕

The special recipe for #EatThemToDefeatThem this week was African Chicken and Veg Jollof, Rumble in the Jungle in participating schools. The Jollof is tomato rice recipe with carrots, chickpeas and sweet potato. Delicious! 🥬🥕🌽

Happy Diwali! 😀Our Catering Teams hosted a fabulous Diwali lunch at Haydn Primary School. The children really enjoyed the feast and decorations. They had Punjabi chicken curry, with fresh coriander 🌿 sprinkled on top, followed by a fruit and yogurt dessert.
