Crucial decision by the EU to hand over profits from Russian frozen assets, including for military aid to Ukraine. Thank you to Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU 2024 for efforts to reach the deal.

2⃣-🇪🇪 Riigikogu had a penultimate vote to create a mechanism for using frozen 🇷🇺 assets to compensate 🇺🇦 for war damages.

I absolutely welcome this achievement.
