Officers were called to the #QEII bridge at around 9am this morning (7 May) following a concern for welfare report.

Emergency services were in attendance and sadly, a man was pronounced dead at the scene.

His family are aware.

Two teenagers have been charged following work by detectives into a stabbing in Chelmsford.

We were called to Avon Rd at about 8.25pm on Tuesday (30 April) to reports of an assault where an 18-year-old was left with life-threatening injuries.
