Today, Minister Antti Häkkänen and Governor Glenn Youngkin Youngkin signed a Letter of Intent for Finland to join the US National Guard Partnership Program.

This signifies an important step in 🇫🇮🇺🇸 defense cooperation and Finland-Virginia relations.
