Progress in CT! And this particular approach involves no new money being spent by the government. It's just saying... hey if you're spending ad money on media anyway, how about you make an effort to put some of it toward community media.

I can’t get over a New York Times passage over the weekend. NYT said Trump isn’t a full fascist because:
* He “did not generally govern like one.” (Really? I’d say patriotic bureaucrats stopped him.)
* He didn’t try a 2nd coup after the 1st coup failed. (That’s crazy logic.)

But on top of my deep moral disgust at Trumpism I am profoundly concerned by the impotence of the 'Fourth Estate,' the news media, to rid ourselves of it.
