Senator @EWarren has helped lead the fight to save lives from gun violence and pass transformative measures to keep communities safe.

Strong women get things done, and I know Senator Warren is exactly the champion we need in office. I’m proud to endorse her for reelection.

Congressman Donald Payne was a dedicated public servant whose work on gun safety reform made New Jersey stronger and safer.

My heart is with his loved ones during this difficult time.

NEW: Despite opposition from thousands of Tennesseans, state leaders just passed a bill to arm teachers.

Since the Covenant school shooting, lawmakers have done nothing to stop guns from falling into dangerous hands. This bill puts students at more risk.

These leaders have always prioritized public safety—first by bravely defending our country, and now by fighting to protect communities from senseless gun violence.

I’m proud to endorse Chrissy Houlahan, Jake Auchincloss, @SethMoulton, and Mikie Sherrill for reelection.

Today, I’m thinking of my friend Shaundelle Brooks, whose son Akilah was shot and killed in the Nashville Waffle House shooting six years ago, along with DeEbony Groves, Joe Perez, and Taurean Sanderlin.

I’ll always work to build a safer future in their honor.

Six years ago today, a gunman killed four people and injured four others at a Waffle House in Nashville, Tennessee.

The shooter was prohibited from having a gun, but our weak gun laws failed to stop him from getting one.

Akilah, DeEbony, Joe, and Taurean should still be here.

25 years ago today, 13 people were shot and killed and 21 others were wounded at Columbine High School in Littleton, Colorado.

For the generation of young people who have grown up since that horrific tragedy, gun violence is still their reality. It’s beyond time to change that.

It’s been 25 years since 13 families last held their loved ones who were killed in the shooting at Columbine High School. Over 20 more people were injured that day.

No matter how many years pass, I’ll never forget the lives that were taken. And we’ll never stop fighting for a…

Tomorrow marks 25 years since the shooting at Columbine High School.

I attended a vigil tonight to honor the lives we lost. Our movement is stronger than ever, and we will never give up on the safer future our kids deserve.

We are failing our children.

In the 25 years since the shooting at Columbine High School, hundreds of thousands of students have experienced gun violence at school.

Schools should be places of learning—not of carnage.

I served with Adam Schiff in Congress and have admired his relentless work to hold the gun industry accountable.

I’m proud to endorse him in this critical election because I know that he will never tire in the pursuit of saving lives.

America needs more courageous leaders like the Tennessee Three—@BrotherJones_, Justin J. Pearson, and Rep. Gloria Johnson—who put public safety over the gun lobby, every time.

Emma Brown & I were glad to see them in Nashville and support their efforts to save lives from gun violence.

This Saturday marks 25 years since the shooting at Columbine High School.

Today, Columbine alumna and our former Courage Fellow Rachel Hill called on Congress to take action to combat gun violence: “Young people don’t deserve to live in fear.”

Congressman Andy Kim is the leader New Jersey families need and deserve in the US Senate. Amid challenging times, his moral compass has never wavered, and he's proven to be a tireless advocate against gun violence.

I'm proud to endorse Congressman Kim today.

ICYMI: Philadelphia and GIFFORDS Law Center reached a settlement with the two of the largest ghost gun companies in the country—which will no longer sell their ghost gun kits in the city.

This victory will save lives.

ICYMI: We’re suing social media and gun companies for their role in the racist mass shooting at a Buffalo Tops supermarket in 2022.

This tragedy was the result of social media products prioritizing profit over public safety—just like the gun industry.

This is a major victory.

For far too long, Polymer80 and JSD Supply sold illegal, unserialized ghost gun kits, which have had devastating consequences across the City of Philadelphia – and our country.

This settlement sends the message that the gun industry is not above the…

President Biden saved lives today.

Since 2013, I've fought to close this loophole in our background check system.

Now, more gun dealers will have to conduct background checks and fewer people intent on doing harm will be able to buy guns, no questions asked. Thank you, President Biden.
