🚨 BREAKING 🚨

The Government Department for Business and Trade has *delayed* the implementation of the Fair Tips Act and accompanying Code of Practice by *3 months* to 1st October

This is an unnecessary delay on top of delays from 2023 which will cost the lowest paid workers £££s in unpaid tips

Last year, Unite Hospitality members at Glasgow’s 13th Note told #Skotia they were undefeated.

✊This week, they WON their Employment Tribunal against the owner of the bar and were awarded maximum compensation.

Let this be a lesson to bad bosses everywhere: don’t mess with Glasgow’s Hospo workers. We will fight back collectively and we will win. 💪🏻
