The FY25 #NDAA will strengthen oversight of military housing programs and fully fund housing maintenance accounts.

Military families are waiting 6 to 7 months for DoD childcare and childcare assistance programs.

The FY25 #NDAA will improve access to childcare by mitigating childcare staffing shortages and fully funding childcare fee assistance programs.

Our junior enlisted military families shouldn’t have to rely on SNAP to put food on the table. It’s also unacceptable that many of our barracks are failing. I led a bipartisan effort to fix including giving junior enlisted a 15% pay increase. omaha.com/news/nation-wo…

22% of military spouses are unemployed – one of the highest unemployment demographics in the U.S.

The FY25 #NDAA will expand DoD programs that provide employment support to military spouses and make it easier for military spouses to transfer professional licenses across state.

Service-members should never go hungry or struggle to make ends meet.
