We would like to thanks Royal School of Needlework for the invitation and chance to meet many of their brilliant students who are studying modern day haberdashery with such passion and skill.

The Company also supports the Royal School of Needlework School’s Future Tutors programme, an intense, highly immersive programme of teaching which enables students to carve out successful careers as embroidery artisans and tutors, teaching the next generation of makers and creators.

The Haberdashers’ Company has long & enduring links with the Royal College of Needlework. For 24 years we have supported them as keep the art of hand embroidery alive.

Haberdasher member, Ediz, a former Head Boy at Haberdashers' Knights Academy was delighted to meet his successors - the current Y12 student leadership team.

Yesterday we were delighted to welcome Y12 students from across the Haberdasher school network to Haberdashers' Hall for a Leadership Conference.

Staff from Haberdashers' Crayford Academy said that The Golden Conversation event provided pupils with an opportunity to engage in open discussion. Their overall experience was described as informative, enlightening, and embracing, with the highlight being pupils engaging with adults.

The Golden Conversation succeeded in creating a safe environment for open dialogue and learning, leaving attendees feeling enlightened and inspired. As one student noted, 'This was a great idea, and I would love to see what other interfaith work could be done in the future.'

This week member of the Livery, Gerry Williams, helped host a Boost your Profile workshop at HMP WANDSWORTH with No Going Back.
