Stop in this weekend to view 'Gateway to Himalayan Art' organized by the Rubin Museum. This prayer wheel contains written prayers & mantras. When turned clockwise it is believed to release the mantras & benefit the person turning the wheel, all living beings & the environment.

Today is Adult Autism Awareness Day. New Sensory Discovery Kits are available for adults & children to check out at the Visitor Services desk at no cost. These resources were created in consultation with UF’s Center for Autism and Related Disabilities.

Join us and Dr. Jinah Kim at 6 pm tomorrow for a HESCAH Talk looking at the role of women in various artworks from Buddhist, Hindu and Himalayan cultures.

The theme emerged from a partnership with UF School of Architecture Assistant Professor Sarah Gamble, whose creative research on walking as a tool for the design process employs a kiosk to dispense prompts and short literature about walking.
