After experiencing and successfully piloting Marogold cluster, the
APC Kolnara team now experimenting gladius cluster development. In its first plucking the Mahila Pragati FPCL
marketed 1500 gladiolus spikes in Cuttack.

Maaduarshini Mahila Producer Company Limited, promoted by APC partner AJSA sold 15 quintals of tomato at sales value of Rs.18,000 in the Bhawanipatna market.
The marketing of vegetables through producer companies has opened the path to prosperity for smallholders.

Proper sorting and grading of tomatoes before collective marketing helped the farmers of Maa Bhawani and Haragauri PGs realise Rs 55700, at the average rate of Rs 831/crate. Facilitated by APC partner Adhikar, Belpada, the PG farmers now exhibit outstanding confidence.
