What should the punishment be for those who help lie us into disastrous wars of choice that upend entire regions and leaves an ungodly number of innocent people dead?

It’s clear some pro-Palestinian protesters have gone overboard in their rhetoric, and even actions. But this seems a clear attempt by the other side to (unsuccessfully) victimize themselves in the midst of a clearly-peaceful - and safe - protest. It’s cringe.

Students protesting at Columbia University for Palestinian life have my full support. I unequivocally condemn the vile antisemitic incidents from OUTSIDE perpetrators we’ve seen in the area. I reject attempts to use those incidents to smear the broader student movement. Free Palestine.

NYTimes Editorial Board on Martin Luther King's opposition to the Vietnam War: 'The moral issues in Vietnam are less clear-cut than he suggests; the political strategy of uniting the peace movement and the civil rights movement could very well be disastrous for both causes.'

For authors still wondering if your voices matter, $75,000 will now be donated to the The PCRF (Palestine Children's Relief Fund) because of the dogged work of Writers Against the War on Gaza and the moral courage of dozens of writers of conscience who spoke out in solidarity with the people of Gaza.

Jake Tapper has no idea what he’s talking about. He’s sitting in Washington, “reporting” from his group chats. Go to Columbia like us real reporters and do your job as a journalist Jake Tapper if you want to “report” what’s happening!

Let’s not pretend you actually care about the safety of trans Jews Bethany when you authored this awful transphobic piece. Stop weaponizing LGBTQIA+ people to justify your genocidal mania

I too am concerned about trans infertility! We should fund studies to help trans folks who want to have kids! But if you’re using worries about infertility as a reason to stop kids from transitioning, you’re actually only concerned with cis youth who “accidentally” get treatment

In many ways Iraq was genocidal but genocide requires intent. You can prosecute Bush/Cheney for war crimes but not genocide as they didn’t demand the destruction of Iraq or the ethnic cleansing of Iraqis. Your government’s ministers have in Gaza. Take it up with them, not me. 🤷🏽‍♂️
