Massachusetts taxed the rich. Now they have an extra $1.8 billion to spend.

In November 2022 voters approved a 4% tax on incomes over $1 million.

The state can now use that money on free public school meals, free community college, and public transit.

Fear, shame, and gaslighting as campaign strategy. Again and again. Forever.

100K is basically 60k, it cost a stack and your first born child to go outside, lack of community & third spaces, people are living paycheck to paycheck, rent, people’s existence is being politicized, racism/sexism/homophobia/transphobia is running rampant, election year, taylor

People who vote and do nothing else for community are the loudest about what other people’s responsibility to the future is.
