A challenge for our times: how to explain the UNSC when Russia was president on its invasion of Ukraine & now resumes a month-long presidency a year on? “Today Russia begins to chair the UN Security Council & it's a proof of the bankruptcy of procedures in world institutions.”

Done deal. The Turkish Parliament just unanimously voted in favor for the ratification of Finland's accession to NATO. All 30 countries have ratified it and accession to the alliance will now be finalized by the US State Department and Helsinki.
