Around 30 delegates came to a delegate training for Anquam Mahamoud at Powderhorn Park.

The momentum is building ahead of the SD62 convention this Sunday.

Delighted to have Minnesota State Rep. MN State Rep Samantha Sencer-Mura as a guest for the Japanese Prime Minister's joint address to Congress. Rep. Sencer-Mura is a trailblazer, being the first Japanese-American elected to the state legislature.

Corporate pressure is real. But the Minneapolis City Council voted against rescinding the rideshare minimum wage ordinance (10-3).

While refinements can still happen, it’s clear that we will not allow Uber and Lyft to exploit our Black, people of color, and immigrant drivers.

In November of 2023, through a surprise EPA investigation Smith Foundry was discovered to be in violation of the Clean Air Act. Yesterday it was fined for OSHA violations. Our community and our workers deserve better. Call your Senator and support SF 4316. Smith has got to go.

Minnesota OSHA issued citations for multiple violations of its occupational safety and health standards.

We need to shut down Smith Foundry. And we need a just transition for these workers.

Smith Foundry has been cited for health and safety violations. I hope this report brings worker safety to the highest standard. This in conjunction with the lead emissions is unacceptable. Smith needs to close until it can prove it is safe for its workers and the community.
