I cannot overstate how unanimously supported this family is in the entire CLT area.

You won’t meet a single person that has anything but awesome things to say about them.

Pro baseball players would throw plyos in the stadium bathrooms and hide plyos in bushes.

People have no idea what it used to look like.

Found this on my phone from 2016.

Tanner Reklaitis used to throw in conditions like this on a regular basis.

He went from 81-94 over the course of 2 years.

People forget what some of this training looked like before all the Multi Million $ facilities became the norm.…

Jeff is completely right, even the youth coaches who know about pitch limits and what is right/wrong have a hard time doing the right thing.

So many struggle to remove self worth from coaching/winning your baseball games and it is sad to see.

9:30 am caffeine alert🚨

Any new type of stress to the arm that isn’t properly managed/onramped will lead to higher injuries.

There are dudes being taught sweepers mid season and being told to throw them 60% of the time.

Not a great idea.

Twitter is the best.

You have Yoda accounts telling me to “study the history” of a company (that I worked with extensively)

I trained with them during their first remote service in late 2014/early 2015

They took me from Cut from my college team to Playing professionally.

The whole situation is quite funny.

We the players dictate the market, and what type of training “sells”

We do what we need to do to get signed, get jobs, and advance our careers.

Simply, we trust them with the wellbeing of our career significantly more than people like this.

‼️‼️‼️

Bingo.

Highest indicator of injury is past injury. If you blow out at 17 it’s going to be really challenging to throw 150+ innings a year at the big league level and not injure yourself.

Prevention at lower levels is also way easier than telling a pro to take it easy.

Pretty wild take here.

GM ran it up to mid 9s with outlandish movement and command.

Glavine was around 90 in his prime (with the older guns people say are the reason velocities are inflated today)

Smoltz threw gas, topped upper 90s.

What are we doing here?

First Live ABs of the year.

Big improvements from last years season.

Career 4.40 professional ERA with an average fastball of 90.6. Have averaged 2-5mph higher than that every time off the mound in the last 2 months.

The next “huge untapped advantage” is the pitching coach who doubles as the therapist/mental skills coach.

Teams lose arms every year to performance anxiety issues.

So few resources out there for amateur athletes.

Coaches are required to wear more hats than ever before.
