Visiting Brighton and thinking about this as I see Β£1m+ asking prices for little townhouses.

And honestly, it's hard not to feel a visceral hatred of these entitled 'do-gooders' and their insane anti-human campaigns to make us all poor and underhoused.

Most U.S. LNG exports went to Europe in 2023.

Most LNG imports into Europe were from the U.S. in 2023.

Two years since opening, The Elizabeth Line moves 441,000 cars' worth of people per day and has contributed Β£22 billion to the economy more than it cost. If building truly great transit can double a return on investment in two years, why aren’t we building transit everywhere?

This totally makes sense. And I wrote about this last year. I have no idea why the BOE is so intent to sell bonds. It will impose huge fiscal burden on taxpayers. The BOE could just continue operating with a big balance sheet. recruitonomics.com/the-bank-of-en…

πŸ“ŒTurkey's collapsing population:
Less than a decade, a quarter of the country's 81 provinces had above-replacement fertility rate. Considering the trend line, in 2025, the number will be down to only 3 out of 81 provinces (Urfa, Mardin, Sirnak), and then 0 in 2026-27
