My very dearest Friend J’s Dad passed last night. A wonderful family who counts me as their own. Not unexpected but you’re never ready for them to go. I so wish I could give them hugs right now. Will pay my respects in person as soon as this flu is under control. This sucks.

Took every ounce of energy I have right now but they are happy pups enjoying bacon.

Back home from walk in clinic. I have a flu and an ear infection. Strange cuz I’ve had no ear pain though I have felt very dizzy. TamiFlu, antibiotics and rest and I’ll be good in a few days. Capt and pups taking very good care of me. Rip & Sab are way ahead resting.

Still feverish today. I thought I was looking at a penguin at the pool. Mind games..
