New: Peter Mandelson says Labour's plans are 'genuinely a 10-year programme of national renewal”.

Our latest research for our general election partners The Telegraph suggests that - amid new defection speculation - only 26% of Labour voters say Starmer was wrong to invite Ms Elphicke into the party.
