A huge problem with US transportation is the people running it think “transit is for poors” which is a root cause of disinvestment and the contempt DOTs often show for transit and its riders—so we get car sewers. Transit will never be good until the people running it use it.

People said they don't like red light cameras, so here's another enforcement strategy.
