I’m in Alice Springs today talking with leaders about how to improve their communities.

From teachers and tradies, to ambos and aged care workers – every taxpayer will get a tax cut from July 1.

The Albanese Government is investing in 10 additional justice reinvestment initiatives.

They're a not-for-profit Aboriginal art centre creating jobs in Central Australia.

Producing some beautiful art too, exporting culture and creativity across the world.

A big day in Ikuntji as Ngurratjuta, the NT Govt and the Albanese Govt signed a local decision making agreement that puts community in the driver's seat.

It means locals will be taking on more responsibility, and making sure investments and services deliver on the ground.

One more way we’re working to help Australians under pressure.

We’re training the next generation of construction workers.

Last year 24,000 students took-up construction with our Fee-Free TAFE places.

And with more places available this year, it will mean more tradies to build more homes for Australian families.
