End Our Cladding Scandal James Aldridge 3 years from finding out there's an issue to starting remediation is not great.
We found out 7 years ago but our developer Barratt has yet to carry out the initial intrusive survey. Last year they told their shareholders the remediation programme is expected to last 8 years. ⏳
🗨️ “We got a letter from Fairview in August 2023 saying it would 100 per cent definitely be done in Quarter 1 of this year. We then got a letter on March 31 that it would be January 2025.'
