This morning, the Louisville Zoo received a bomb threat. All persons were evacuated from the grounds. At 10:45 a.m., an “all-clear” was issued from LMPD and the Zoo re-opened at noon. Details at louisvillezoo.org/updates.

LMPD has responded to the threat and cleared the Zoo to reopen. We plan to reopen at noon. The parking lot will reopen at 11:45 a.m. Thank you for your patience while we get staff and animals in place and prepare the grounds for you!
