Dear Alexander, the sun is out today & I've just had an ice cream in our new garden. I've picked the perfect spot to create a corner specially for you with flowers and trinkets that remind us of you - and a swing seat! It even has forget-me-nots which are beautiful and fitting.

I feel it's my duty as an NCTJ Public Affairs tutor (and general democracy bore) to remind EVERYONE in the UK that your local councillors and mayors have a lot of influence over your daily life, arguably more than your MP and central government.
