Yesterday, I was at #Rwanda ’s 30th commemoration of the genocide against the Tutsi, to honor the memory of over 1 million lives lost.

This afternoon, Minister Vincent Biruta met with H.E. Valentin Zellweger, Ambassador of Switzerland to Rwanda. Together, they signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on gainful employment of accompanying persons of members of diplomatic missions.
