Torn between wanting to be someone's first thought in the morning and wanting to be my own first thought in the morning... Both in good time I suppose.

I have this moment when I walk into the building of my therapist's office where I step on the elevator and I just think, 'This is it. I'm finally doing it.' And it's such a calming moment just before I overwhelm myself with anxiety about having to talk about myself for an hour 😂
