The Sunflower Summer Program, hosted by Kansas Tourism, is a benefit for Kansas families with school-aged children to encourage them to explore, and fall in love, with Kansas. Come visit the Manhattan's seven locations this summer!

Get ready for a summer of music and fun at Arts in the Park! Our 2024 summer lineup is full of performances that you won't want to miss and there's something for everyone! Concerts are every Friday starting at 7:30 PM during June and July. Join us at City Park this summer.

Eisenhower Rec Center will be closed tomorrow, Saturday, May 11. Anthony Rec Center will be open from 9 AM - 6 PM and the Douglass Activity Center will be open from 9 AM - 5 PM.

Due to present field conditions and forecasted severe weather we have cancellations and changes to programs for this evening, May 6.

We are feeling a bit “reflective” this morning at City Park Waterpark.

Thank you! We appreciate everyone who supported Manhattan Parks and Recreation Foundation on Grow Green Match Day. You helped them raise $15,283.93 for our scholarship program and this will help ensure anyone who wants to participate in Parks and Recreation programs can!

The 2nd phase of slide renovations were completed during the waterparks off-season. This included 2 slides City Park Waterpark and 2 slides at at Northview. We can’t wait for you enjoy them when waterparks open on May 25!
