MISSD Ann 💜 This happened with my son. A few weeks after starting Citalopram he attempted to kill himself whilst in an agitated state - a state that he’d never experienced before. During a brief hospitalisation they doubled the dose and discharged him and his condition worsened.

MISSD frequently receives emails from #akathisia survivors and bereaved family members of those who died treatment-induced deaths stating the #medication was wrongly increased and the side effects misdiagnosed.
