Below are highlights from MCSO Autism Forum held this month.

Heavy hearts today as law enforcement mourns the tragic loss of 4 brave officers who were shot & killed in Charlotte, NC. Shaun Golden & #MCSONJ 's deepest thoughts are w families&colleagues of the fallen&injured officers. The sacrifice these heroes made will never be forgotten.

.@SheriffGolden thx all who supported National Prescription Drug Takeback Day. DEA HQ collected 88lbs of unwanted meds at the #MCSONJ dropped off by residents.The public can continue to dispose of meds all year through the MCSO permanent collection site,2500 Kozloski Rd-Freehold.

#MCSONJ dove into a gr8 cause as LE members joined the community during the Annual Plunge for Autism,Belmar. Together all made a wave of difference, raising awareness&funds for autism research. @SheriffGolden thx all who plunged, donated&supported the event. #AutismAwarenessMonth

#MCSONJ 's county run emergency medical srvcs operation,MedStar,which began in Feb has already reached a milestone by answering its 1000th call for srvc in Eatontown.@SheriffGolden commends the highly trained EMS professionals. It's a testament to their dedication to saving lives.

A show of solidarity as Monmouth County Prosecutor #MCSONJ Monmouth County recognized strength of those who faced unimaginable challenges,during a heartfelt event in support of #NationalCrimeVictimsRightsWeek .It was a time to advocate for victims&show that together we can make a difference.

Come join a dynamic group of public sfty professionals by applying to become a Temporary Public Safety Telecommunicator at #MCSONJ . @SheriffGolden has a highly trained staff at 911 Comms Ctr&is seeking additional professionals to join the team. The position is per diem&as needed.

It was a great evening for @SheriffGolden & staff as many from the #MCSONJ 's Law Enforcement, Corrections, Communications & EMS Divisions were recognized for their exceptional work & dedication to public safety. We thank all for the yrs of srvc.

#MCSONJ ’s Maritime Emergency Response Team's monthly training exercise was conducted at the Manasquan Reservoir. MERT is made up of members from various LE agencies. @SheriffGolden thx MERT for maintaining sfty&reminds all summer is upon us, so pls take precautions in the water.
